Assisting the Hotels own team, we acted as consultants to the structure of internal layouts, material specs and general space design of The Penny Blue Restaurant. The choice of a particular blue theme echoed the Victorian stamp colour of the famous Penny Blue and the original use of the building as the City Post Office. Every material and profile finish was considered along with lighting to bring the whole interior to a common theme, suitable for a café culture and high dining experience.
